Whether you need updates to an existing Squarespace site - created by us or another designer - our SPACE VIP DAY is your solution. Provide your to-do list, and we’ll aim to complete it in a single day, prioritising your most critical or urgent tasks first.

How it works

About one week before your SPACE VIP DAY, we’ll schedule a one-hour strategic planning call via phone or video to discuss your goals and task list in detail.

What happens during your SPACE VIP DAY?

INCLUSIONS:

  • A dedicated 7-hour session purely focused on actioning your to-do list for the scheduled SPACE VIP DAY.

  • Implementation of your requested modifications, covering tasks like:

    • Up to 10 distinct changes on sites we originally built.

    • Up to 5 major adjustments (e.g., font/colour scheme updates, new images etc) on any current Squarespace site.

  • A concise 30-minute check-in call the morning of the VIP Day to finalise the plan of action for the session.

  • Direct execution of changes within your live Squarespace environment.

  • 7 days of follow-up email support pertaining specifically to the updates made during the SPACE VIP DAY.

Your requirements

  • Submit a clear, itemised list detailing the required changes before our 1-hour planning call (ideally 2-3 days prior) via our shared Google Drive.

  • Provide all necessary content (i.e. all of the text, images, logins etc) required for the updates via our shared Google Drive before we have our 1-hour planning call.

  • Complete any guided pre-work documents that we provided to you before our planning call. I.e. Any copy for the About, Services, Contact pages or any imagery / logo for your site. (You will have uploaded this to our shared Google Drive)

  • Grant us collaborator access to your Squarespace website via Squarespace email invite link.

  • Plan to be reachable via phone or email during the 7-hour VIP Day session for timely feedback or clarifications.

Prerequisite: You must have an existing, live Squarespace website.

Payment: Ensure financial arrangements are settled as per our agreement.
